Who we are
Church Gates is owned and run by Joe Taylor and David Green, Joe is a former special needs, geography and English teacher. He has lived abroad and travelled widely, but loves this little corner of Kent. Joe is an artist photographer and tour guide. He has an excellent knowledge of the local area. David is a landscape architect, plantsman and our other tour guide, with a love of gardens and countryside. Although we only have a tiny front garden, it is in a unique setting, looked over by the beautiful ‘Cathedral of the Weald’.
