BED AND BREAKFAST TARRIF

 

Ensuite Double or Twin Room

    £75 per night for double or twin occupancy

    £55 per night for single occupancy

 

 

King Sized Double Room

    £60 per night for double occupancy

    £45 per night for single occupancy

 

 

10% Discount for stays of four or more nights

 

 

All rates include our full breakfast menu

 

 

 

 

Weekend Bookings

In high season and on Bank Holidays we normally require a minimum two night booking at weekends (ie bookings which include a Saturday)

 

Additional Folding Bed

We can place a child's bed in your room at an additional cost of £10 per night.

 

Deposit

We normally require a cheque deposit for the cost of a single nights stay to secure your booking. Cheques should be made payable to MR J H TAYLOR.

 

Payment

We accept cash or cheque payment. Because we are a small establishment we do not have facilities for Credit Card payments. There are two 24 hour Bank ATM cash machines  in Cranbrook for cash withdrawls.

 

Overseas Bookings

We are happy to take bookings from all over the globe. If you do not have a UK bank account, please email us for further details.

 

Check-in Times

Our check-in is normally from 5.30pm - 6.30pm. Alternative times may be available but please arrange this when booking. It is helpful if you can leave a mobile phone number. If we have not been informed of a delay to your journey, rooms which are not taken up by 7.00pm may be made available for re-letting, so do please let us know of any delays.

 

Check-out is by 11.00am on the day of your departure

Cancellation

Your deposit is  non refundable, unless we are able to relet your room, in which case we are happy to refund your deposit less an administration charge of £10. You are advised to take out suitable travel insurance to cover your costs in the event of accident, delay or illness.
